Can I travel at any time of the year?
A:
YES, with the exception of the blackout period between Dec. 23 and Jan 7.
Also, bear in mind that because Spring Break and the month of July are high
season periods, availability will be limited . . . so book early!

Are there any hidden fees?

NO: the cost of the airfare is completely free.
You pay only the standard airline taxes and applicable fees, and your
accommodations at the participating property of your choice.
Each of our participating hotels and resorts has a minimum-stay requirement
of between 5 and 14 nights (variable, depending on destination), after which
you may opt to extend your stay at the resort you have selected or prolong
your vacation in any alternate accommodations of your choice.
While the cost of food and beverages is often a separate expense, we are
pleased to offer some all-inclusive properties as well. Rest assured that the
friendly and experienced travel consultant who assists you will clearly outline
all of the expenses in order that you may make an informed decision before
you book your travel.

What do I do once I receive my voucher for two free airline
tickets?
A:
Your first step is to register your travel voucher by mail as soon as
possible. Upon our receipt of your Registration Form, you will be immediately
identified in our database as a valued FreeAirfare.ca customer, thus allowing
our Travel Fulfillment Center to provide you with all of the services and
answers you may need.
Easy instructions on how to register your travel voucher appear directly on
the voucher, and your Registration Form is found at the bottom of the page.
As soon as our Travel Fulfillment Center receives your Registration Form,
one of our travel consultants will contact you personally to confirm receipt
and to begin planning your vacation, if you are ready to do so. (If not, you
may contact the Center again at any time, whenever you are ready.)

With my voucher for two free airline tickets, will I be able
to travel to the destination of my choice?
A:
Once you have reviewed the list of participating destinations and resorts on
the FreeAirfare.ca Web site, you should select your top three choices among
these, as well as your top three desired dates of departure, and submit these
details to our Travel Fulfillment Center.
Your travel consultant will always make every effort to book your first choice
of vacation destination and departure date. However, should these options
be unavailable for whatever reason (high season, flight schedules, etc.),
providing us with additional choices will allow us to ensure that your trip is
still the vacation of your dreams.
Therefore, the sooner we receive your Registration Form, the better the
availability will be for your first choice of destination and departure date.
Note: It is important to mail in your Registration Form as soon as possible in order
to ensure that your voucher is legitimately registered with our Travel Fulfillment
Center. Therefore, if you need more time to make your selections, you may simply
leave these fields blank when you mail in your Form. When one of our travel
consultants contacts you upon receipt of your Form, you will have an opportunity
to submit your choices directly at that time.


Q:
What are the rates for the accommodations?
Are they comparable to those at other hotels and resorts?
A:
For each property listed on our Web site, you will find the corresponding
nightly rate, per person, in Canadian dollars. While these prices are stable
year-round, they may occasionally be subject to minimal variances based on
the date of travel.
FreeAirfare.ca guarantees the lowest rates available for the quality
accommodations offered at these properties. Therefore, if at any time
during the booking stage, via any other travel resource or agency, our
customers should learn that identical accommodations at these precise
properties, under the same conditions (i.e., length of stay, dates of travel,
etc.), are being offered at lower rates, upon receipt of written proof
FreeAirfare.ca will gladly match those rates. Lowest rate gaurantee is not
valid after the completion of the booking and/or completion of travel.


Q:
Are there any rules or restrictions?
A:
The FreeAirfare.ca travel voucher is valid for one (1) year from the date
of issue:* Reservations must be booked and roundtrip travel must
be completed within the 12 (twelve) months prior to the date of expiration.
Note:
Flights must be booked 45-60 days prior to the date of
departure (depending on destination).

What if I can’t use my travel voucher? Is it transferable?
A:
YES! Your FreeAirfare.ca travel voucher is fully transferable – and
at absolutely no cost or obligation to you or to the new voucher holder.
If you have not yet mailed in your Registration Form, you may simply
give the voucher away to anyone you choose; this individual will then
become responsible for registering the voucher under his/her own name.
If your voucher is already registered with our Travel Fulfillment Center,
simply send a fax to the attention of your travel consultant at the Center, and
include the following information: your name, the serial number of your travel
voucher, your desire to transfer the voucher to another party, and the name
and coordinates of the person to whom the voucher should be transferred.
