The store — one might expect — uses aggregate data internally (and sometimes externally) as part of its marketing research.

Where a customer has provided sufficient identifying information, the loyalty card may also be used to access such information to expedite verification during receipt of checks or other membership privileges (e.g., access to a club lounge in airports, using a frequent flyer card).

Q: Am I limited in gift card quantity or selection?
A: We have a minimum production of 5000 cards. Due to the freedom you have of changing the functionality of your program and card function our customers order as many cards as they need for mailings as well as in store promotions. We offer our customized cards at very competitive prices for your convenience including all art design included. Q: I only want Gift Card Processing. Do I have to enroll in the loyalty Program too?
A: ICP Card Manager features are all included with every instillation. Either of our services can be turned on or off if not wanted. As part of your ICP Card Manager application, you may still have the ability to capitalize on the great marketing programs and loyalty features during licensing period of your agreement. Due to not having any monthly fees attached to our customers all at some point use different assets of our program through out the year.
Q: I am interested in the Card Manager program. Do I need to purchase the plastic cards?
A: Our cards are uniquely embossed and barcode match works hand in hand with the Card Manager program. However we do treat each of our customers needs on a one to one, each of our customers do have unique needs that allows us to deliver customized programs of which some programs work with different styles of cards. But ultimately the plastic card works hand in hand with our unique program.
